Exchange & Return Policy

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are not happy with your order:

1. Eligibility:

  1. Return/exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2.Non-returnable items:

  1. Customized or special-ordered products
  2. Clearance items or products sold under final sale
  3. Items damaged due to improper use

3. Process:

  1. Email us at returns@jaganmetalmart.com with your order number and reason.
  2. Attach images of the product and packaging.
  3. We will arrange pickup or request self-return based on your location.

4. Refund:

  1. If eligible, refund will be initiated once we receive and inspect the product.
  2. Refund is processed to original payment mode within 5–7 business days.
